Why do toxic, abusive managers keep their job at JPMORGAN for 20+ years? This seems like all downside risk. Everyone in my group hates our new manager.

Because they are able to deliver what their bosses want at any cost. They are useful to someone.

Corruption is sickening . My manager verbally abused me everyday. I will never forget or forgive her. God will take my revenge one day.

Given that you didn't state you'd done anything about it, with my 20+ year history in the corporate world, and having deep insights into general human nature, I'd say he got it just about right.

In a nutshell, because people like you complain on anonymous internet forums instead of to the people that could do anything about it. I see the same thing at lots of companies.
