LOL to see how this post as not aged well. It is T+ 16 days now, coming up on 18 days after the bonus payout. No mass exodus. No mass resignations. I've seen may be a handful of resignations from both Blue and Green. But those numbers are just normal attrition folks. LOL. Business as usual.
One key thing is on the other side you will be part of the company and same as everyone else. You won't be part of an acquired company that they need you for 2 years and have no idea what they'll do after that. Almost a quasi-Schwab employee.
I am not leaving for sure happy with the bonus and visibility. As I understand everyone is trying, modernize application and integrating with TDA echo system.
Not to forget we are in service based industry and dealing with ppl money and lots of regulation.
Doesn’t mean that I agree or disagree with all the decision from leadership. But looking from their eyes it make sense for the whole company.
Mass exodus. lol!
