A meeting that started with - great year last year, keep it up - turned into - get ready for layoffs in 2022. Great way to inspire your people, new guy
Well, we made it through Covid and the reward is…layoffs. Look for basic trimming in every group (except upper management of course!) with corporate staffs to get hit harder as more go-lives execute. IT, Finance, contractors to be hit bigly.
Yeah - he sure didn’t down play it.
