I can speak to changes - CM has moved to episodic care, 90 days in. It 100% wellcare modle and they lied to CNC saying it would be the best of both worlds, it's not, it is bad. Horrible referrals can't keep members in because the moment they don't answer the phone, you have to call two more days in a row and close them out of CM.
Does that help?

PHCO has changed so many times in the last year it’s hard to figure out what you’re talking about.

Probably no changes whatsoever. From what I've seen of this site, people like to stir the pot and cause drama with things they have little to no knowledge about. I was laid off in last year's 3000 person dump, after many years with this company. While I am not their biggest, smallest or any type of fan at this point, so much of what people post is made up or very exaggerated.

I know little about HealthNet or WellCare, but acquiring those were the downfall as legacy Centene was decent prior to that.

Now with Magellan, I think that was the final nail in the coffin.

Don't just post random things that make people go into a panic. If this original poster knew anything, it would be in the freaking post. Wake up folks.

Each state has its own contract rules, so what “changes” are coming?
