Resigned two week back and last friday was my last day. I spent 7 years in company and it started with beautiful journey to bitter-sweet end. We all know there no future for IT folks in company, on the other hand tech industry is booming I will be joining one of F(M)AANG.

That fact you stuck the M in there means you’re going to Microsoft, probably to be in customer solutions or some other similar role.
When I was there (I’m not OP), it wasn’t used/tracked at an individual level. More was used to identify productivity/work habits more broadly while working remotely vs in person. Maybe it changed, but that was all it was used for initially.
Now you have to tell us more about screen time and key stroke data and where and by who it is supposedly used. Give more deets.
