I know one person on my team who left due to RTO and several of us plan to soon. Not sure what people mean by hybrid when all I’m hearing about is a pre-pandemic posture of 5 days a week. There was talk about flexibility in the past but not anytime recently.

Yep, left in November 2021 after seeing the writing on the wall.

I know 5 folks who have left. At least 2 have retired early (rule of 60!)

yes, at least in my LOB. Came straight from the top. Survey is coming to ask associates for feedback on what they'd like to see for hybrid.

Hybrid has been announced? The email
I received said to resume the normal schedule beginning March 1st, and the word we’re getting from the managers is that we have to go in 5 days a weeks.

RTO is a joke the way it is being managed. My entire team is 18 people and we have been back in the office since Sept. last year and until the work from home order came out in January. Our manager is not vaccinated and has not been in the office but calls each of us every at the office to see if we are there. We have been told that March 1st is the new RTO date. This manager is still not vaccinated and has no plans to be back in the office. What a double standard joke this all is.

+2 to retirement here.

We've had a lot of people go to other companies though, like... A LOT.

Yes, one of the best managers I ever had. I tried to give her hope and tell her that things could change as the day approached, but I am so glad she was smarter and left.

6 that I know of. I know more people that have left, but I don’t know their reasoning.

It’s not just people who have left, there are many more people looking for other opportunities outside BofA now.

Not to mention the fact that RTO has significantly hurt morale and the ability to fill open roles.

My team lost two, and a level up lost two, all of whom specifically mentioned RTO as a reason. Our group lost at least 3 others as well, but I don't know their motivation.

I was about to. Had an offer and everything. BOA pay benefits were better and then they announced hybrid was coming, so I decided to stay. If hybrid wasn’t announced, I’d be gone.
