I got an amazing offer from a newish startup (founded in late 2018). It's better money, better benefits, and more interesting work. The problem is that it's a startup and there's no guarantee that it'll be here for a while, unlike with Intel. They're planning a Series A round later in the year which would be a good indicator of its future success, but the offer will not be on the table that long. I want to leave Intel but it's hard to just give up the security of an established company for something so new.

Lol did Intel really bring Bain in?
There is no security at Intel. If you have been at Intel long enough, that should be very clear.
Clearly Regret Minimization is not a principle that Intel copied from Jeff Bezos and Amazon. Unlike "Customer Obsession." Even the hacks Bain consultants couldn't be more original when overhauling Intel's "Cultural Transformation." Did Pat scrap that d-mbas* One Intel pyramid wholesale for old school OKRs?
All I’m seeing is the word ‘better’
Just do it.
If it fails, you just get another job. That’s life
If you are single and in your 20s or early 30s, by all means go for it. If things go south with the startup in a few years, you are still young enough to get another good job. If you are older and/or with family, you can still consider it but keep looking for other options with more established companies. In any case, you should not stay at Intel for more than a year longer, this company is going down with PG.
You should go, Intel is a Titanic who’s sinking is but certain.
At least with a startup there is a possibility, with Intel it’s all stock plunge and sinking all but certain
