I find it interesting when someone says they are getting tired because AIG changes direction every three years.

I’m not a company cheerleader, but I know that otherwise there would be complaints again that the company is stuck in the past and that it should change direction.

every few years, it is actually about every 5, there is a new set of rules, leaders, guidelines. there is no consistency. only execs that win the lottery and get rich then they leave and the company changes again.
nothing ever gets accomplished. it is just a revolving door of ideas that are never seen to fruition. you are obviously a new, young, ignorant go getter. good luck with that at this company.
