The Lincoln buildings are in disrepair - crackling/broken Muzak speakers, bugs crawling on walls, shipping lady running the entire building, managers leaving, etc... when will it end, Frank? Shameful regime.

I heard recently that Lincoln had a “Code Brown”…is that true ?
I’m sure they don’t want to spend any money because the intent is most likely to close the Lincoln office and the Omaha office will be the only Nebraska location.

Let me guess with their own money too? Guy and Frank have to approve every purchase over $25. You can't buy a Coke without C-level approval.

That said, OP is correct Lincoln is a S**t ho-e.
If you are a leader in Lincoln why don’t you ask for what improvements you need. Semd any member of the management committee an email and I bet you will get a response within hours. Better yet if you were a real leader you would gather your colleagues and get done what is already in your power to do!
Maintenance costs money. And after executive bonuses there just wasn't any money left. Maybe next year they will get even bigger bonuses!
