It’s funny when I see people expecting their company to show them respect and honor and complaining when they don't get it.
Is there really a company in this industry that does that? I don't think so.
Aside from what I think about it, I don't understand why people can’t accept that it’s just a job. All I can expect from any company is to work and get paid for it. Nothing more.

Since working from home for almost 2 years now, I realize that the company and coworkers etc in the office are all interchangeable. Don't stress about it and just find happiness in your personal life, not at a job. A job is to make money to enjoy your personal life. If I can help it, I would never return to an office anywhere FT.
I agree. This is so much better than my old job in the food court at Greenspoint Mall. I learned a lot being mall security and have carried it over to the tower at NOV. I get paid much better at NOV. I have an expense account that allows be to participate in my hobbies. I still work security as I roam the hallways. Life is great.
