When I think about how much our store manager is paid who does almost nothing (except unnecessarily putting pressure on us) and compare it to my pay, I lose all motivation to continue working. However, I do not see a solution what we can do to be more valued and paid here?

The fish stinks from the head down you have heard this expression before many times. Leaders don’t push people they pull and motivate their people. Unless you change Belk top leaders and Sycamore Hedge Fund greedy business strategy nothing will and never will improve or change for the better at Belk company! They treat us like we have no life and value at Belk as workers and ask why people hate working and miserable at Belk all the time? Love it or leave it seems to be the only motto at Belk today!
