Feeling less miserable for knowing what your bonus is, and you cannot wait to pay overdue balances? That's great, just remember you have an upcoming 12-month cycle where you will be overworked, will have no direction and you will feel miserable working for a company that doesn't give a cr-p about you. Enjoy your bonus and your 15 minutes of happiness.

Sorry you feel that way. I've worked for US Bank for 15 years and love it. I've had amazing leaders, incredible opportunities. My annual bonus is enough to buy a nice car with cash. I started as a teller with no experience or college degree. The opportunities are there. If you are miserable, find a new role, a new team or a new job. If you want to be in a position that isn't overworking you, there are so many resources and programs to do that. It's an incredible company if you take advantage of all they have to offer. Don't stay where you're miserable.
Once the bonus is spent and gone, USB is still a crummy company to spend your working life at.
Don’t forget the huge chunk of taxes that comes out of the bonus.
