Question for some Blue who are familiar with bonus funding:

The good bonus this year is largely tied to Schwab's performance in 2021. Is this based of a forecast or is it a fixed number ?
Meaning for 2022, will the forecast be increased significantly so that it will be difficult to get another bonus pool funded at 136%?

Sure, we could have just done two comments with one saying "Blue" and the other "Green," then just used the comment upvote system to have an easy counter...but the 30+ comments with slightly different formatting of the same words, each possessing their own upvote counts is a perfect representation of what it is like to get work done at Schwab.
