They don't want to understand

Someone has already written about Carepass here. What frustrates me the most is that I cannot explain to them that it is difficult or impossible to sell Carepass to someone who does not want it. They don't want to understand it at all. All I can do is keep trying to sell as much as possible. But how to sell Carepass to someone who doesn't want it? What are your tips?

I agree that "no overlap" person is lying.

Assess what they are buying. Does it make sense? Ask how often they shop with us, especially if they get scripts. Free delivery went away, but not for carepass customers! Show genuine concern for them as you try to save them money. Believe in it.

The company is not asking you to sell to the ones that don’t want it. Asking you to sell to the ones that do want it. Have to keep asking though.

Sounds like you need another job. My store makes $8k/week with no overlap hours. My team gets 10-16 per week. It's not hard.

If you offer correctly, they get it. If you offer poorly, they don’t. That’s on you.
