How is it that they shut down several clubs years ago but the whole cos team from one of the clubs are all at the same club together still on the front end still not doing anything productive. They couldn't find half these associates in this club a position but the 4 cos's from a club that was closed years ago all still work side by side doing nothing at our club now, standing around talking and not doing any real work. What do these four cos's have against sams. I would have termed them years ago because they are a waste of payroll.

Yeah kinda ridiculous that all of them long term leads (cos) never would step into management because they can't even do their job. Just sucks for the hourlys that want to move up but can't ever become a cos because they are taking up the opertunity for others to move up in the company. What a waste.
