How about that! Ford management and HR haven't messed up royal for a change this week and now we have nothing to comment on or rant about this weekend.

Calm before the storm
Coming soon, recall to the office in hybrid mode 3 out / 2 in office or 4 out/ 1 in office ; 3/1 if working 4x10. There is a delay due to the optics on the number LL* snowbirding at present (who of course would be exempt from the policy). The goal is to obtain voluntary resignations before the involuntary cull in 3rd quarter. Got to give them a little credit; they learned a lesson from the optics on the bonus.
