Within the next few months , we (retail reps) will be seeing indirect reps in corporate stores. Guess what? We then will be required to start training our replacements 😂

This is true. Sort of. We have been working closely with a handful of the “big 6” retailers and will transition more doors to them. I don’t know about the “training” piece of this. They’ll run these locations like they run all their other locations. No need for retraining. But overall, it’s true. More news to come.

I don't think Verizon will 100% exit the retail business. At the same time, Verizon has far too many unprofitable stores.
Yeah this is not true. You might see internal indirect account managers learning inventory processes so they can support the agents but agents are not coming to learn from retail.
