What exactly do we have? You want me to product load a bunch of B skus and outdated them 4 months later? Why does it also seem like we get cut bad until the end of month and then first week of the next month cuts are severely improved? Cuts on product with plenty of stock in the warehouse ect...
As I said before, BE CREATIVE..Sell what we do have. It's selling, not order and stock shelves. Any monkey can do that.
It's crazy. I order 300 cases and I receive 92 cases but they still expect you to hit a number lol. They need to get rid of objectives till they can get us product.

Make sure that objectives are set within "company guidelines", some DM's like to "give out" objectives as favors. I was offered a lower objective for "doing favors", I said no thanks. Sick people.
