Given AIG is supposedly all in on ESG, are we stopping operations in Russia? Why no statement of AIGs position on this? Why not offer a fund raising portal to help the refugees?
If AIG doesn’t apply ESG criteria to a mu---rous dictator like Russia, then I suppose their ESG commitment really means nothing. Shocking lack of leadership at any other company, but not here.

Because it keeps the eyes off of them. Our company is super diverse just look at what we have done they say. No, don't look at the executive team or the board, look at the lower pay grades, very diverse. If it means more years of pillaging the coffers, AIG would hire 60% Ukrainians in support and send a check for $500k to the Ukrainian war effort, but guess what?
There are no brownie points for virtue signaling in this conflict so AIG doesn't care. Just like they don't care about you when they outsource your job. It is not personal, just business baby.
