Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Is it too dangerous yet?

Mondelez CEO said that he will close the Ukraine plant if it becomes too dangerous. Well, with an ongoing invasion, more people being ki---d every day, hundreds of thousands of people leaving everything behind and fleeing the country, I'd say we're beyond the too dangerous point. Or is profit more important than people's lives?

OH, it's worth the risk of people making Oreo in Ukraine so the soldiers can eat. OMFG, are you my boss? GS? No, you must be leader. That is so funny.

The plant in Ukraine is closed and is in a region already controlled by the Russians. The plants in Russia are still operating but is very difficult to get supplies and transportation.

They probably are thinking of making sure there is food to feed the people. Gosh, yeah, sometimes it’s always about money, but people need to eat and if they are making food for Ukrainian soldiers, then they will only close if they are incapacitated in some way
