I have not received my performance review. No idea what my rating for 2021 is, nor any details on my final bonus payout. Anyone else in the same boat?

SWIM was on leave and returned just recently. SWIM never had the performance review conversation with their manager. SWIM woke this morning with no bonus payment in their bank account. What should SWIM expect to happen in the coming days or weeks?
One time that I got zero bonused, it was given at the end of the day right before we could see them the next day.
I know they wanted my resignation and were trying to force me out, but I just wasn’t in the financial position to do so.
Not necessarily. I just had mine and got Exceeds. Don't put an unnecessary scare in people.
Some of it can be manager style and priority given by them to doing the review.
Have you asked your manager about it? If you have any it was a non-answer, did you go one level up asking about reviews?
Most were completed last week.
I thought they all had to be done by Feb 28th. Mine was last week.

I have some bad news for you guys. Most of my colleagues, including my self completed our reviews last week. Some maybe even a couple of days before that. People managers typically save the bad reviews for the end. As they tend to be more difficult conversations. However, it is odd that you have not had your review yet by now. You will probably see our bonus statement by tomorrow in they system.
