Thread regarding CVS layoffs

pay should be more competitive

This place desperately needs talented employees, but they are leaving. My opinion is that they are leaving primarily because of pay but also because of the stressful environment and forced overtime. Can CVS offer a more competitive pay? All my colleagues who left are now paid drastically more.

Not to mention our truck drivers can take 5 loads a week and make double what a store manager makes. If customers were that important, the people who are customer facing would get more consideration than this.

Maybe it's because they can work at chick-fli-a and make more...plus off on holidays and sundays...loads of help so they only have to do one task at a time...and company provided uniforms...our truck drivers and warehouse sups shouldn't be getting better uniforms that the store teams....

CVS is doomed because they have treated their teams so bad for so long they think it's normal and thw price of doing business....

If pay is the issue why wouldn't you want OT???? I do understand about the stressful environment.
