Don't be so enthusiastic about CNRL, they don't pay that much. Their employees are paid 30% less than most of the large companies. They have bad equipment (use your own laptop for work from home).
I hope CNQ buys us out. They make money for all in good and bad times. CVE is just lucky oil went up.
Gas prices here will soon be like Europe our gas price will be over $3 litre later this year when oil skyrockets to $185 barrel.. Most Canadians will be homeless due to high inflation of 30-50% currently.. Gas up, groceries up, lumber up, vehicles up, raw materials up..
I dunno. I suspect share prices go up and down in different dollar increments for different stocks depending on the number of outstanding shares.
Even MEG Energy is up $8.90 !!!!
Over the past six months:
- - CNQ up $29
- - IMO up $23
- - SU-TO up $16
- - CVE up $8.60

Grande Prairie is the armpit of Alberta.
Maybe the home prices will start to go back up in the small oil towns that were struck with the oil crash!! Some towns like Drayton Valley, Edson, Whitecourt, Grande Praire saw home prices drop 150,000 to 200,000 last 7 years. Hopefully these prices come baxck roaring!!
Check CNQ stock valuation. That is the difference of having seasoned and well respected Management team.
Or maybe you don’t understand stock valuations…not the brightest bunch of whiners here.
Somebody might say… it is the market… well yes, it is the market perception of our useless senior leadership team
