Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Stop overworking us!

I made a mistake I would never have made had I not been overwhelmed with the work. No, it’s not hard working, it’s overworking. Every other employee here is on the verge of burnout. And they think productivity will be higher if they overload us with so much work? No, it won't.

Everyday the DM adds extra stops onto my daily schedule.

I very much doubt any of you Rock stars struggling to hit 40 hours are tasked with visiting 8+ stores per day.

So save it, I'm very experienced, I know how to work "smarter." It's impossible to get done in a timely fashion when they keep loading more and more onto my route and me on the daily.

I too have made some d-mb mistakes due to being overworked.

Hard to think straight throwing 3 loads, doing call backs, writing 10 orders, taking pictures, etc, per day.

It doesn't matter what area the person is in, it needs to stop.

Are you bragging about not being able to get 40 hours in?

Why don't you be grateful for it and STFU?!

What region you working in? With the fill rate issues it’s never been easier. My team struggles getting 40 every week.
