Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Losing customers

It is terrible that leadership cannot find a way to stop the company from rapidly losing customers. Admittedly, I'm not even sure if it can be stopped at all? Any thoughts? Once the trust is lost, it is lost forever.

T-Mobile is not losing 5 million customers. 2021 was a record year! I bet Q1 is going to be good too thanks to Sprint churn being down.

The person who keeps posting that the company losing 5 million customers was posting this last year too. I get it that some of you are ticked off at the company, but when you're just posting complete bu-----t, nobody is going to believe you.

We can all see the reporting in PowerBi. You're not cute.

I switched to Comcast and am enjoying.
Once it starts to suck (which they will) I will switch to either the red or blue. And repeat the process...but not the pink one. It's pink and we all know.

So we're going to be losing 5 million this quarter rather than the gain or 1M each quarter?
