I don't really care if it's a normal attrition or a mass exodus. The only thing that interests me is what does Schwab intend to do so that those of us who are left would not be so overworked? I can work under this pressure for another month, after which I will definitely leave if nothing changes.

Just checking in, has anything changed for you? Certainly not for me. Blind leading the blind.
I’d start looking now. I think there will be a lot of pent up demand and hiring will slow over the summer as people take their delayed vacations.
I’ve always thought that July 4-Labor Day is the worst time to look for a job with people on vacation. I think that’ll basically be Memorial Day-Labor Day this year
I work in STS. Great place to be. Just attend meetings all day. We’re not accountable for delivering anything.
I feel like the OP, and yet ... I feel like I meet with a lot of folks like ybx+1g1jTU4g every day. One thing's for sure, .... the quarterly blood-letting, near as I can tell, seems to have stopped. As some have predicted, attrition has taken care of the bean counters' problem. :-)

Exhibit A: why leave Charles Schwab
I got a $50K annual bonus, not including the quarterly advances, and I hardly work. I work smarter, and don't need to work harder. But if I worked harder, and smarter, I'd be knocking this out of the ball park. Which I'm already doing on the 7th inning. But I'd be going into extra innings. Over time baby.
which org are you referring to?
