Anyone see this message before on this site - any thoughts why?

Change your IP Address and you will be fine.
Hopefully you’re not posting from your work device or using a company connection.
Yep! It happens when you (or multiple people from the same IP, potentially) post a lot of replies or upvote/downvote a lot in a short timeframe. If you didn't, then it could be there's a glitch. The good news is that its temporary. Heck, I've even been banned a couple times for posting/being opinionated in the wrong threads. I just try again later or next day and all is well.
