with retirements coming up, who are the likely picks for the top?
EB to U/S?
NH to CTC?
AW to EP?
BN to NA?
LS to CSS?
FM to CBD?
KK or BK to CA?

EB has shown to be a complete dud as CTC head. Never in her office, minimal information sharing and communications. She was being bandied about as CEO material, but I don't think so. She'll get some lateral move to keep a female in a visible position.
Don’t count out CN for upstream EVP. He may come across as a tone-deaf re----k lout, somehow he keeps getting promoted.
The more interesting and uncertain question is around those that will succeed the NH/JG/EB crew. The ones about age 40-44 now.
Also, LS isn’t going anywhere.
NH to Upstream seems like a foregone conclusion to me. EB hasn’t even run an SBU and CTC is the weakest of the EVP roles. She’s not ready for prime time.
AW, BN or EB are my picks to backfill the two vacant upstream president roles in the next couple of years.
of course there will be diversity window dressing - so who are the top women to move up?
LS is nothing but diversity window dressing on Chevron's declining exploration program. She hadn't accomplished anything before she took over exploration, and certainly hasn't had any success running exploration. I don't see her going anywhere.
Don’t see LS to CSS……or BK or GK behind AW……the rest seems very plausible In next year as part of crew change…….
Seems reasonable. Good to see BG not on anyones list given poor leadership behaviors
LS = exploration?
KK = current CA #2?
BK = Canada?
Interesting and generally see these as realistic options….however, a few were not clear….a bit more color on who is “LS”? And who is “KK” and “BK”….again, seem like very likely scenarios so thanks for the thread…….
