Is JPM going to get within the program and give us a cost of living raise? For all this talk of equity they haven’t followed through at all.

You should be at least receiving an 8% just to stay on target. Present facts and statistics from DoL and watch their faces.
Amazing the logic here. So you should never get a cost of living adjustment? Only way to make more money is a promotion? Take any job out there that was around decades ago and ask the poor souls that work in the position of they’d be cool with earning what the top salary was back then.
My question to you is what are doing to get promoted and move up the chain into the next earnings bracket?
I am capped out on my salary, and my measly 3.6% was my 'cost of living' increase. Even my elderly parents who receive social security received more of an increase of cost of living.
We will miss you good luck with your future endeavors!!!
Though per JD "Banks also performed magnificently during the COVID-19 crisis" (see his letter), a lot of my colleagues in the back office complain about slap-in-the-face-bonuses (mine went down 90% , even though from my initial conversation with hr I understood $10K was pretty much guaranteed for the "on track" performance) and less than 1.5% base increases for the last two years..
Now banks are seeing drastically shrinking IB wallets, so trying to manage future expectations for those who will survive lay offs. I personally have no hope.
Yeis you will get your reward during normal comp time though this isn't shaping up to be a good year and so I would expect zero raise n bonus at this point just level setting pipple!!
