A lot of union are good (none of them being law enforcement ones) but I’d bet one in the financial sector gets abused by those in power super fast
I can see the need for unionizing bank employees when people feel like their needs are not being met or their voices are not being heard but is a union really the solution or just another organization taking part of your paycheck and not doing anything for you. For now I think the solution is to find another job with another company that aligns with your values and give you what you want.

I've looked at recent CWA contract, readily available on the internet. Citing friends as sources doesn't get to the root of my challenge.
- higher wages
- wfh/hybrid
- less expensive health insurance with lower deductible/copays
- better retirement benefits
All the people I personally know in unions are extremely happy/proud to be union members.
Challenge time!
Name 2 or more benefits that you do not have today that would necessitate a union. Union contracts are readily found via Google. Read a few before giving your answers. Please cite your sources.
Let’s band together and figure this out
