How many employees over 50 does IBM still have? Every new layoffs round targets more and more. Not just them, even people in their late 40s have been targeted lately. I'm shocked that there are still enough employees in that age range and above left at the company. The way they're going, the average age at IBM will soon be 25.

The most productive employees at IBM are over 50. This was not always the case.
They are still plenty of employees over 50. Most of the people I work with are over 50.
