I saw the writing on the wall years ago. I left T-Mobile as and Account Rep and joined Verizon right away. I'm now running their Oklahoma division. I don't want to claim the company fell apart due to my timely departure but it's awful coincidental.
The indirect channel should be safe. I'd be more worried about small town rural. The network isn't strong enough to support their initiatives. From the hierarchy I've seen Managers only have 1 or 2 employees. This seems to be a little top heavy does it not?!?!
Prepaid outside of Metro ? It'll go away.
Likely some... But more likely imo will be DMs and such on magenta side. There are so many managers, they're literally tripping all over each other. It's almost embarrassing
30/60/90 day plan....LOL. What a joke. I'm not even exaggerating by saying NO ONE has EVER followed their "plan". All fluff and only for the files.
Reduction forthcoming on the prepaid side. Way overstaffed, no one listens to anything they have to say. Only reason there is still so many left is that for some reason, Freier has a HUGE hard-ON for them. Can't last though.....
In the morning! If you’ve been on a Freier Side chat you’d know. They’re realigning the country, which means useless ZM/DDM/etc will be eliminated. No one will know what’s being eliminated until they announce it. This is easily the most vulnerable sales group though. Sorry if you’re a magenta-hued-koolaid chugging drone that worked on your resume and 30/60/90 plan for years, barely squeaking by… only to become a DDM who’s immediately zapped into vapor by Fuhrer Freier. Who could possibly have thought the merger was a net negative? Oh well. Time to apply to Verizon… oh wait they’re worse. ATT! Oh… nvmd. Best of luck to everyone.
