Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

It’s sad to hear all of the complaints although it’s probably common in a company as large as Mondelez. I think it all starts with management.

I’m blessed to work on a diversified team with a fantastic manager. My manager is responsive, cares about us, and challenges us all to be our best each day.

I know it’s when not if it’s when DSD will be done. Until then I plan to take advantage of the benefits, 401k plan, competitive pay, early work hours, and company car with gas card. Every time I feel up my tank I am reminded how lucky I am.

I feel bad for those that are under poor management.
