I remember when our schedules were realistic and we would get appropriate time off. I remember when I could turn to the STL for help and I would get it. I remember when we used to hire people who had skills that made them an asset to the store. WFM has morphed from an enjoyable workplace into a hated one. It's heartbreaking to see it happen.

I started working at WFM 20 years ago but haven’t worked there for 6 months now. It was a marvelous place to work but became plain depressing and reading these threads is just sad. SAD that WFM will never be the company it was and SAD that team members will never know how great it was.
the good news is most of the people left have no idea about the 'good old days'. its just another cr---y grocery store job, and no one plans on staying here.
at least $600. That's what I was making in gainsharing 10 years ago. We'd be getting more like $900+
im constantly wondering what certain depts. gainsharing would be with the business we do daily and the amount of labor shortages we have...none of the new employees know that most likely they woould be getting about 500-600$ extra per month ..compensation not gift cards or fake wow bucks is what we need...
Jump ship they offer nothing more than anyone else at this point. Go in goof off do just enough to not get fired.
