This is laughable! I have recently been working with a recruiter and was asked "what is going on a XOM?" I said why are you asking. They replied, "I have never had so many people from XOM reaching out to me looking for jobs." They also told me it was employees from <5 years experience all the way up to 20+ years of experience. So when you hear stuff like this...it all makes sense!

I find it hilarious when people that couldn’t get a job as janitors elsewhere have the audacity to claim their culture and ranking system is the best of all companies out there.
It’s almost like those ignorants who don’t have a passport and have never traveled but are convinced they live in the best country on earth.

In one of the EMTEC forums the VP said that attrition was right where it should be and that our ranking system was the best he has seen versus other companies.

Beatings will continue until moral improves.
