It’s becoming depressing to watch as the company continues to sink while the upper management does nothing to stop it. They have their way of doing things that benefits them and only them and they have no incentive to change it. The fact that everything else is going to he-l in a handbasket is irrelevant. I think Allstate could improve if we had the leadership that cared about the wellbeing and success of the company and not just themselves.

It's funny how you think management has any control in the matters. They are following orders from the top and are forced to put on a smile and carry out the non-sence with usually limited resources from the powers that be.
I wish they’d just tell a what is going to happen so I know just how little to do.
