I'm a former HR employee and it's true, we are told to post here to help the company image. I used to justify this in various ways... but then I realized I was being forced to tell lies to paint a happy picture when in reality, everything is crumbling under an abusive and thoughtless leadership. I have regrets about not doing the right thing and telling the truth, and I am apologetic towards any new associates who thought they were coming to work for a good company.

I am former Fiserv HR. Most of the HR team doesn't even know this site exists...
In fact when it did come up, we were encouraged not to post repsonsed.
I have always felt that HR's job is to be a cheerleader for company policies.
When that company treats its' employees right, I don't see any problem with this.
When the company runs roughshod over its' employees, and the HR person continues to blow sunshine up our arses, that's when I lose all respect.
I have a friend who was in HR and got RIF'd when Frank took over. Even after a year or so, I could sense she was defending some of the more odious decisions by the company. I don't know if it was because of a guilt complex for being complicit with those decisions.
If you can prove this it would be interesting to see if any legal ramifications could come from it.
So the truth comes out, not that anyone doubted this fact. It's so sad that a company would rather waste time and resources sh1tposting on here instead of focusing on improving their methods.
It's like that simpsons meme: "I'm not wrong, it's everyone else that's wrong."

No reason to feel guilty. You didn't fool anyone.
