They Should liquate the 2 Sears Stores at the same time since Sears & Kmart has relationship With SB360.

They should “liquate”, huh? As mentioned below they can only LIQUIDATE stores that are sold to them. Sb360 doesn’t follow what you think they SHOULD do. With what you think they SHOULD do, & $5, you can maybe get a happy meal. Maybe.
The stores will close if and only when Lampert decides to sell them to SB360, with the intent to have them Liquidated (not liquate).
I didn't say the Sears stores were closing, and neither did the OP. The Olympia Sports stores are definitely closing, and two of them happen to be in malls where a Sears is still open.
They should just go ahead and liquidate all the Sears and Kmart stores and get it over with.
