Thread regarding Bed Bath & Beyond layoffs

BBBY doesn’t like to hear employee opinions

Some time ago, I had a very specific problem that I presented on this forum. I was told I was a complainer and a whiner.

The same thing is happening in my store, too. BBBY employees have no voice. Even the smallest complaint is not welcome in this company. What can I conclude except that BBBY doesn't care about employee feedback at all?

For some reason BBBY attracts all the whiny complaining people. Seriously, you took the job nobody forced you. If you don’t like it you can leave. You seem like someone who would move next to a school and complain about all the noise from the playground.

Be abuse BBBY already knows and has the best setup. Either you comply or you are hurting the company. Stop being a complainer and whiner, nobody has time for that.

It really depends on who you talk with. Also, I have found that beginning the section with the phrase "Here's a way to make the store / company more profitable..." often helps.
