I am glad that some have found their comfort zone here, work the bare minimum and are quite relaxed. However, there are also those of us who are overwhelmed! What does this say about the distribution of work at Cisco? That there is a problem and that the distribution of work is not fair.

I think it says more about the people who are overworked that the distribution of work.
You will know if you work in a @$$ kiss group; when you can easily identify the "special ones" who are in the inner circle with the "leader". It's just like high school, except this time around the unpopular nerds can be LR'd by the prom king/queen.
Work distribution is determined by relationships. Some people work 2 hours/week, some work 50 hours/week. Cisco has a relationship based culture.
