HR is full of BS. They wfh all the time but don’t let other LOBs wfh.
Don’t go through HR. Quit, find another job. There are plenty out there. Don’t bother with HR.
Just wfh and don’t even ask. You have COVID, it’s your right under ADA section 508 that as an employee you need to be accommodated.
damn @4uqc+1gBICCQm you wake up on the wrong side of the bed today?
I’m not ignorant at all. I’m just tired of hearing everybody whining and complaining about RTTO. Stay and deal with it or find a WFH job. No one here cares about your white people problems, Karen.
i have not heard of any new accommodations being approved.

Umm, the world was different when employees were still working in office. Apparently you are ignorant on how the pandemic changed everything and FYI, people have been looking at external Opportunities since the turnover here is so high recently so they did find wfh new jobs. Maybe pay attention to the world first before making yourself look d-mb ?
Stop it people! You were fine to work in an office before but now you can’t?! Come on!! If you don’t like it go look for remote wfh jobs. So tired of the whining about this.
Have your doctor write a letter.
HR says they don’t accommodate WFH since people with immunity increased and cases are declining so they don’t see Covid as a threat IN THEIR OPINION of course but that means it’s fact you are to work on their turf so yeah
Yes if you have an open claim you can still work from home until they make a decision. And you should get an notification from Sedgwick
Does anyone know if we can submit new accommodation to work from home requests. And if so, are we able to work from home until decision is made?
