The best part of how companies rolled out all this tech so you could be connected 24/7 is how now tables have turned. Workers are empowering themselves with that same tech to work when THEY want and to easily change jobs.
No more moving for job changes, you just get a new laptop. Nice job, folks! They never saw it coming.
