Not getting it done so supervisor steps in

A colleague of mine was complaining that his supervisor unempowered him or was too in his business. The truth is the colleague wasn’t getting stuff done that needed to be done so his supervisor stepped in. What do you think the supervisor should have done? Is supervisor at fault or my colleague? I think he was just mad because he screwed up and knew it. The supervisor fixed what he hadn’t been able to. Supervisor didn’t rub his face in it or anything just fixed the issue.

Ex-clinton:
Exactly, supervisors are not capable of doing the job of any of their employees so it is bu-----t to say any of them stepped in. Also the post reads like a 15 years old wrote it.

@OP - In my 30 years with the commas, I have NEVER heard of a supervisor “stepping in” and “getting the job done”. They just assign the job to someone else. This story is a load of bollocks!
