A former coworker who waited for EM's upturn, for the good times is now looking for a way out fro EM less than a year since he decided to stay. I keep telling people that while nothing is perfect, nothing is worse than EM! I'm not saying to leave right away, but those that are waiting for things to get better are bound to get burned. Whether you like it or not, EM is one of the worst places to work right now. I wouldn't waste much of my time if I was you.
