Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

District Managers Layoff

DMs laid off over the last 2 weeks, multiple in my area. Heard the number was 25% of the DMs in the company, mostly tenured. 2 Winners Circle DMs with over 15 years with the company let go. There is ZERO incentive to do well. Think about it: every new position that was pitched as “high potential” the last few years eliminated and those leaders laid off, DDM and Zone Managers laid off, Territory Managers laid off, now DMs and let’s not forget all the marketing and support roles to.

All the while most of my peers in retail stores still drinking the TMO kool-aide thinking they are safe. Sad to let y’all know next month changes will come and by this time next year DO NOT BE SURPRISED if there is one RSM for every 2 locations.

The New Sprint has officially taken over, Sievert is so disconnected it’s beyond sad (unless there’s a news event that he has to address and be “involved”), and everyone is just zoned out completely. It’s freakin hard watching the company I used to love become this…..

Overlapping retail stores will be thinned after CDMA shutdown which will only leave LTE on the Sprint infrastruture.

It's definitely the new Sprint. And it was allowed to happen (maybe directed that way) by DT and Softbank. I don't know why TMO has espoused the failed cultures of Sprint.
