MM has run off another one what is this like 7 in 5 years? One common thing across all of them and thats MM. Not a yes mam then say good bye. At least rumor in HR is she retires this year so hopefully real change comes with all that and sooner another $5.9M year for her is too much

we have a running count in HR since MM took chief role and we have had 39 women/POCs who were VPs in HR leave some fired most left on own. S band number higher but we stopped counting back during Covid when people were hiding and more turning in notice this week
HR has lost 3 diverse VPs in 3 months.
@4amy+1gFzFI8I I would file an official complaint with ER and EEOC for harassment and hostile work environment for your manager going after you for refusing to bow and put gender pronouns in your email signature. This sh*t has got to stop. Meanwhile our stock has tanked and we're worried about who the biggest social justice warrior is.
What an absolute circus this place has turned into lately! My manager was after me big time because I refused to put a pronoun after my name in my email signature!
