Fidelity is overworking their technical VPs. Stuck between sheett leadership and squads where good ICs are leaving for better opportunities. Ignore this group at your own risk. No added comp and all addl workloads. Seriously, f- this place. Time to leave for $$$$.

Don’t worry. A few more down months in the market and the VPs may get riffed.
Fidelity pays like cr-p for their software positions. No doubt about it. They know that for a fact and could care less. Gives them more reason to hire H1b because they can't get American workers that want to work for that low a salary.
No normal worker is going to give an overpaid VP any sympathy. Try over worked and underpaid.
