This has become a company of mediocrity. The greater the mediocrity, the more respect it gets. What is a competent employee to do in such an environment? Competent employees are wasting their time here.

Mediocrity and incompetency start at the top. And they get well rewarded for it.
mediocraty takes too much effort, just bunt
The old and tired employees just doing the bare minimum are waiting to be laid off or waiting for an early retirement package. This company has too many old people employed and needs to bring in some new young blood that knows technology second nature since they were born and raised with it in their hands. A lot of the old timers can barely maneuver their way around the apps they need to use every day, sad, but true. Younger people are much more versed and competent in computer use. Time to flush out the old and bring in the young!
Actually much of what you see in this company is directly correlated to its lack of clear direction. You can’t be a jack of all trades in this competitive environment, you need to a master some….we have simply not done that. Our skills which made us a solid tech company has long gone away, like sand through the hourglass…company leaders need to look in the mirror, the image is not good. Don’t sleep on your job comfort, it will likely come to end sooner than later, plan for it. There are hundreds of companies that pay well, offer logical merit based advancement, better benefits, a solid business plan and value employees….I mean if that’s what your after…lol
Mediocrity starts with the Pajama Boy, Stink, and his $hit decisions flow down hill from there.
Enough said!
What are you talking about? We have all those J.D. Power awards.
If you are below 30 , run away.
newsflash - the competent and talented left long time ago.
Sorry, but you are wrong! There is nothing mediocre about this company. Mediocrity would be a massive upgrade for AT&T.
