So the stance has changed on letting unvaccinated people back in the office. A total 360. No longer will vaccination status be a requirement for new hires. However you still need to provide vaccination status to that company. What’s next, full RTO 5 days a week? Maybe 7 days a week?

Frank is a terrible leader and sounds like a complete clown-ho-e whenever he talks. While it's entertaining watching him wave his arms like a maniac and shout in a slurred robotic tone, it's also quite sad to watch this company be destroyed by aforementioned loon. I laugh whenever those fraudulent corporate emails are spammed out.. "We care about your well-being!".. honestly Frank, watching your RTO plan go up in flames is what gives me pleasure these days.
Just think how unsafe people will feel now, having to work closely with unvaccinated fools.
If I had to take a grid job (which I didn't, mine is remote), I would not take one with a company that didn't have a vaccination mandate.
Funny how Frank claimed everyone had to be vaccinated due to government mandates, and now he is suddenly throwing all of that out the window because he is a clown. Shameful "leadership" you've got here, Frank.

The email they sent was grossly inaccurate. They basically stated that covid is over as if hundreds still aren't dying daily. They stated employee safety is a top priority while tearing down the last remaining protection for employees by letting the unvaccinated back in the office. Good luck with covid everyone!

My guess is the smart people that got the religious exemption were enjoying permanent WFH and they didn't like that. Combine that with "the current thing" being Ukraine instead of Covid now...
