Now that another colleague has left, I also intend to submit my resignation. What's going on here? Fidelity thinks it makes perfect sense that those who stay will take over all the workload of those who leave. Well, that really doesn't make sense anymore.
At first I thought they would still have in mind the tough conditions that the remaining employees will have to face, but no. Replacements are slow or non-existent. The remaining employees are increasingly overloaded. When will Fidelity realize it can't go on like this?

Rif? Pffft. we can't find qualified workers fast enough. Managers are being told to be flexible when evaluating candidates and they're paying those unqualified new hires more than peers who are dealing with the resulting workload, including additional strain to train new hires who are in over their head. This place is a fcking joke!
I cannot tell you how many times they have done this same thing to me. My workload is already bloated and they don't care...but our client do care that I don't have time to get back to them. Any RIF rumors...I'm ready.
Many smart ladies in my team left. Great job by SLT for kicking the ladies out. More girls will leave soon.
